Do I need an appointment?
No appointments are necessary. Be sure to allow enough time for your visit. You may experience a wait for a dressing room as many people are trying to find their perfect dress on Sale!
To keep things moving along and minimize wait time for a dressing room during our SALE, you will be given 3 clips to tag your dresses for try on. After trying them on, you will either have found your perfect dress or will leave the dressing room to look for additional dresses to try on.
When is the best time to shop?
Shopping during the week is quieter, and less crazy than Saturdays, or days off for school breaks. Earlier in the day is is better too!
Can I take my dress home today?
ABSOLUTELY! Due to the nature of the Retirement Sale we are unable to offer lay-a-way or special order. All gowns will be sold from our stock.
Due to the nature of our Retirement Sale, Layaway is not available.
Do you register prom gowns?
YES! We will register your gown EVEN DURING THE SALE!
Prom is a special event that you will remember the rest of your life. We want to help keep your prom look special, so we will only sell one style dress (same manufacturer & same style number) to each school.
How can I pay for my dress?
We have many ways to pay for your dress. In addition to cash, we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Due to the nature of our Retirement Sale, we can not accept checks. Layaway is not available.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your dress, so please choose carefully. All special occasion purchases are FINAL SALES. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. All dresses are sold "as is" and no further markdowns will be taken.
